Rodrigo Gutiérrez Moreno

I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Alcalá and a member of the RobeSafe research group. I received my BSc in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering (2017) and my Ph.D. in Electronics: Advanced Electronic Systems and Intelligent Systems (2024) from the University of Alcalá, as well as an MSc in Automation and Robotics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2019). My research focuses on autonomous driving techniques, decision-making algorithms, artificial intelligence, and bridging the gap between simulation and the real world (sim2real methodologies). I have authored over 20 publications in top-tier international journals and conference proceedings.
